Terms and Conditions of Reservations and Payments
1. Reservations
Reservation Confirmation:
To secure your place in any activity or service offered by VR PREMIUM CLIMB, a 50% advance payment is required. The reservation will not be considered confirmed until we receive proof of this payment.
Availability:
All reservations are subject to availability and will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend making reservations in advance to avoid inconveniences.
Reservation Modifications:
Reservation modifications are subject to availability. Changes will be made 15 days in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
2. Payments
Forms of Payment:
We accept payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash. All payments must be completed prior to the start date of the activity.
Full Payment Policy:
Full payment is due at least 10 days prior to the activity start date. If payment is not received in full, the agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund of the initial payment.
Currency and Commissions:
All prices are quoted in dollars. Clients are responsible for any additional commissions that may be applied by their bank or payment platform.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellations must be made 20 days in advance to be eligible for a partial refund of 20%. If the cancellation is made in a shorter period, a penalty of 60% of the total cost will be applied.
Cancellation by the Agency:
We reserve the right to cancel any activity or service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, security problems, or other unforeseen events. In this case, a full refund or the possibility of rescheduling the activity will be offered.
No Show:
If the client does not show up on the day and time scheduled for the activity, there will be no refund and the amount paid will be forfeited.
4. Client's Responsibilities
Documentation and Permits:
It is the client's responsibility to carry the required documentation (passport, visas, permits, etc.) for the activity. The agency will not be responsible for any problems resulting from the lack of these documents.
Travel Insurance:
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover possible inconveniences, including accidents, emergency evacuations, or unexpected cancellations.
5. Agency Responsibilities
Quality Service:
We are committed to provide a safe and quality service, complying with all local and safety regulations. In the event of any inconvenience, we will make every effort to resolve the situation to the best of our ability.
6. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
The agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The modifications will be effective from the moment of their publication on our website.
